How to Have a Good Day, Every Day☀️

This is going to sound really simple and easy to apply because it is.

The Good Day Method will help you keep your thoughts focused, your feelings in check and your actions productive. You determine the activities you include in yours, so this system will work for you.

You want more structure to your days so you can feel more focused, free and get more accomplished without sacrificing the things that are most important to you. Right?

Cool, so the 3 parts to the Good Day method are best applied all together but each one is still very beneficial alone.

1. Warm up in the morning

2. Mid-day check in

3. Cool Down at night

Boom! You pick your favorite activities that will help you feel energized, thankful, confident, loved and encouraged, 1 from each category (Spiritual, Mental and Physical) to do during your Morning Warm up and your Cool Down at Night.

Your Midday checkin is a 10 minute block of time when you ask yourself 2 questions:

1. How has today been going?

2. What can I do to make the rest of my day better?

So, there it is. You’re good to go.

If your schedule is already predetermined every week, it‘ll be easier to implement this system. If your schedule is not already predetermined it‘ll be a little more challenging because you have more freedom to decide against using the system. BUT ima say this! The rewards make the choice a no brainer:

+ By using this method, you will have more Good Days! A Good Day consists of mental clarity, self-confidence, internal joy, expressions of love, and spiritual freedom. This is what The Good Day Method helps you generate in your life. So, you’re welcome!😊

Remember the key is to choose things that you believe have a good influence on the flow of your spiritual, mental, physical and emotional health for the day. That’s how to make the method work best for you.
