Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Free Phone Distributor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting eligible individuals with free phones through the Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program.

This is a Full Time Independent Contractor Position. Compensation is $800 per week + Bonuses. Awesome performance-based growth opportunity. Applicants must be willing to drive throughout Northern Ohio or Central Florida depending on location.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Outreach and Educate Low Income Communities:

   - Identify and target eligible participants for the Lifeline and ACP programs through various outreach methods, including community events, door to door, and local partnerships and share the benefits of being connected via technology.

   - Educate potential participants about the benefits of the programs and the free phone offerings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

2. Customer Enrollment:

   - Verify applicant eligibility according to program guidelines and accurately enroll them.

3. Phone Distribution:

   - Distribute free phones to eligible participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

   - Provide guidance to recipients on phone setup, basic troubleshooting, and usage to maximize the benefits of their new devices.

4. Manage Inventory:

   - Maintain accurate records of inventory, including devices received, distributed, and returned to inventory manager.

5. Network Throughout The Community:

   - Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to streamline program operations and stay informed about any changes to program requirements.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals and communities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage inventory.

- Basic technical knowledge to complete phone setup and troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Reliable transportation is required. (Willingness to drive an hour throughout northern Ohio is preferred).

- Customer service and some sales experience

- Familiarity with Lifeline and ACP programs or similar government assistance initiatives is a plus.

- Bilingual proficiency (English and [Second Language]) is desirable to reach a wider audience.
